Put An End To Sore Throat And Angina With This Infusion

With the arrival of the cold, it is not uncommon for someone to suffer from a cold or respiratory tract infection at some point or another. In children and some more vulnerable people, it is easy for the throat to be affected mainly and for the tonsils to become inflamed.

These symptoms are most often due to a viral infection, although it can also be of bacterial origin. If the infection is severe, the tonsils become swollen and red. The pain can even make it hard to swallow, which can lead children to not want to eat.

With mullein and other plants that fight tonsillitis

This infusion combines plants with various properties that help combat these symptoms. To do this, it brings together in the same formula plants that stimulate the immune system, that fight viruses, that help to cough up and that soften the mucous membranes.

In this way, it promotes the progressive reduction of sore throat, softens the throat and stops the possible spread of the infection to other organs such as the ears and the nasal cavity.

You can take up to three cups of this infusion a day, the last one half an hour before going to bed. Mint is included to enhance the flavor.

Ingredients:

  • Mullein
  • Scots pine
  • Agrimony
  • Greater plantain
  • Lavender
  • Marshmallow
  • Mint

preparation:

  1. Mix the plants in equal parts and separate about 5 grams for each cup that you are going to prepare.
  2. Boil the mixture in water for a couple of minutes and let it sit for another 10 minutes. We sneak in.
  3. Add a little lemon juice to taste.

To drink or to gargle

This same formula, with the optional addition of a splash of pomegranate or echinacea syrup, can be applied as a gargle about three times a day.

You can give it to children too, to gargle: it will help fight tonsillitis and calm them down.
