How I love others.

Give me what I give.

No more no less.

To think that I have value.

That I deserve the good.

Accept my inconsistencies.

The parts that I don’t like about myself.

Assume the shadow as part of the light.

Don’t judge me so harshly.

Don’t blame me for things that don’t concern me.

Not asking permission to be.

Do not ask for forgiveness for having been.

Don’t treat me badly.

Take care of me.

All this is what I promise myself .

And although then the whirlwind of reality comes and dismounts me .

Here I am.

Trying to comply with myself.

Trying to make this hole that is life a place to inhabit.

Trying not to hurt me.

Trying to forget everything that runs through us and that we were taught to hate.

Trying that normality does not win the game .

Don’t let me suffer for not fitting in.

Let the fear of being rejected not move me.

Because I always have me.

To this person that I am and who was formed in my mother’s womb.

To this person who reads to become better.

This person who avoids hurting.

This person who is not perfect.

This person who chooses not to hate.

This person who builds himself the way he wants.

To this person who has a body to go through the days.

To this person whose capacity to love is intact .

To this person who is not finished yet.
